Summary: Aquent is seeking an Executive Briefing Program Manager for a 12-month contract with a leading global technology company in London. The role involves managing the logistics and operations of an Executive Briefing Centre, enhancing executive engagement, and fostering strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless experience for partners and executives, directly impacting high-level relationships. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in events and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of a key Executive Briefing Centre.
  • Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders involved in delivery and execution of briefings.
  • Own on-the-day and on-site coordination with all internal cross-functional partners.
  • Provide on-site/concierge support for Executives and account teams visiting the Center.
  • Populate and manage the briefing scheduling system for regional operations.
  • Maintain inventory of all supplies related to the Executive Briefing Centre.
  • Manage vendor relationships with catering, transportation, SWAG, signage.
  • Setup and manage product experiences and demos owned by the Briefing Center.
  • Conduct follow-up on each briefing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare recurring and routine internal reports reflective of the Executive Briefing Centre operation.
  • Follow and contribute to industry best practices to increase operational efficiencies.

Key Skills:

  • Solid experience in Events, Executive Engagement, Client Experience, or other relevant field.
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems for briefing management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the Executive experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of immersive or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.

As a key contributor, you will directly impact high-level relationships, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for partners and executives visiting their state-of-the-art briefing centers, thereby fostering trust and confidence in their long-term vision. **This is a 12 month Executive Briefing Program Manager contract, fully on site in London, paying £45.67ph PAYE** You will be instrumental in supporting a critical Executive Briefing Program, designed to connect partners to the company’s vision for innovative technologies and strengthen confidence in long-term collaborations. This role reports to the Global Lead of Executive Experiences and offers the chance to be the operational lead for day-to-day management of a key Executive Briefing Centre.

What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of a key Executive Briefing Centre.
  • Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, Security, Culinary, A/V, etc.) involved in delivery and execution of briefings within the Executive Briefing Centre.
  • Own on-the-day and on-site coordination with all internal cross-functional partners.
  • Provide on-site/concierge support for Executives and account teams visiting the Center to ensure a smooth, memorable, and impactful experience.
  • Populate and manage the briefing scheduling system for regional operations.
  • Maintain inventory of all supplies related to the Executive Briefing Centre.
  • Manage vendor relationships with catering, transportation, SWAG, signage.

  • Follow and contribute to “Executive briefing” industry best practices by utilizing systems and processes that increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Events, Executive Engagement, Client Experience, or other relevant field.
  • Excellent time-management, self-starter with ability to problem-solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems for briefing management, campaign tracking, reporting, and interpreting results.
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the Executive experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external Executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of immersive or emerging technologies.
