Key Responsibilities:
- EA support to CEO and Partners across offices, including complex diary and inbox management
- International travel coordination
- Weekly scheduling and resourcing coordination across offices
- Organisation of monthly team meetings
- Oversight of office management (supplies, facilities, presentation, printing/binding)
- Liaising with external stakeholders including facilities, IT and suppliers
- CRM, Marketing and Project support
- Recruitment coordination (UK and Singapore)
- HR onboarding across offices (IT set-up, devices, benefits enrolment)
- Organisation of internal and external client events
Key Skills:
- 3–5 years’ EA/Team Assistant/Operations experience, ideally within professional services
- Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree preferred; solid A-Levels in Business or English essential)
- Business, marketing or finance exposure beneficial
- Experience using Dext and/or Salesforce advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, personable and solutions-focused approach

Boutique professional services consultancy is seeking an experienced EA/Operations Assistant to join on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract starting mid-April. - Up to £55,000 (some flexibility DOE) + discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working: Every Friday and every other Monday from home. Fully remote in August
