Summary: The Executive Assistant role is a maternity cover position based in London, requiring high-level support within a global investment management firm. The successful candidate will manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, and liaise with senior stakeholders. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple executives and team members. The contract duration is 50 weeks, and the role is onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries across London and EMEA, ensuring smooth scheduling.
  • Coordinate extensive international travel and accommodation.
  • Process expenses with accuracy and efficiency (Concur experience desirable, but training can be provided).
  • Liaise confidently with colleagues, clients, and external assistants.
  • Provide support to 3 Managing Directors, as well as approximately 20 additional team members at varying levels.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a senior EA/PA role, ideally supporting multiple executives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Team player with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
