What you’ll do:
- Extensive global travel management including airport transfers, accommodation, visas and itineraries.
- Booking domestic and international travel, including all associated admin and logistics
- Arranging meetings internal/external on behalf of stakeholder(s) as requested; aware of time zones
- Diary management, anticipate changes to schedules and resolving issues, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings, highlighting conflicts, factoring in travel time
- Organising client lunches and events
- Work closely with other assistants within the business area to provide cover/assistance where necessary
- Assist with team events such as weekend trips/team dinners
- Point of contact between the attendees of client events/offsites and organiser
- Organise the different stakeholders to ensure smooth running of events
- Work closely with corporate events team to provide guidance, instructions on the requirements for the events
What you’ll need:
- Investment banking experience is a must
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Maintains high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive matters/information
- Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team orientated environment
- Proactive approach with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Use own initiative to ask questions to gain/expand knowledge and understanding of role and business
- Professional demeanour/pleasant manner
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively with a flexible approach
- Start building relationships across the wider business outside of your support group
