Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules for the COO and other senior leaders, coordinating meetings efficiently and preparing briefing documents, presentations, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless operations.
- Arrange end-to-end travel itineraries, including international and domestic travel, and assist in organizing high-profile company events, ensuring meticulous planning and execution.
- Organise board meetings, create agendas and board packs, and coordinate travel for board members, ensuring all materials are prepared to the highest standard.
- Oversee and mentor a small team of PAs, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment to deliver exceptional administrative support across the organization.
- Handle executive inboxes with discretion and efficiency, prioritizing communications and processing expenses promptly to support leadership focus on strategic priorities.
Key Skills:
- Proven EA experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in tech, engineering, or consumer-focused firms, with a track record with high net-worth individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, representing senior leaders confidently.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, inbox management, and document preparation.
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude, thriving in a dynamic, non-corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
