Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Contract: November 2026 - January 2028 (Maternity cover)

Hours: 37.5 hours p/week, 4 days in the office and 1 remotely

We’re partnering with a successful international distribution group to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO and CFO during a period of maternity leave.

This is a varied, high-profile role working closely with two senior executives across a European business. The culture is entrepreneurial, down-to-earth and non-bureaucratic, so we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable operating with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on and pragmatic.

The role will include:

  • Complex diary, travel and accommodation management across the UK and Europe
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the CEO and CFO
  • Coordinating European executive meetings, management offsites and annual events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and supporting ad-hoc projects/research
  • Managing expenses and general executive administration
  • Staying close to key projects to proactively manage priorities and schedules

About you:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an EA or PA supporting senior executives
  • International exposure is important
  • Confident communicating with senior management and shareholders
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers/finance

This would suit someone who enjoys working in an informal, entrepreneurial environment rather than a heavily corporate one - relaxed in approach, but with high standards when it comes to delivery.
