EXCLUSIVE: 1 YEAR CONTRACTS (POSS PERM) FILE REVIEW OR COMPLAINTS HANDLING EXP WITH L4 QUALIFICATION REQUIRED 40K - 52K + BENEFITS HYBRID (BRADFORD) Ref- 4072DWe are exclusively recruiting for a leading organisation seeking to recruit a large team of Reviewers for a one year contract (though may be permanent roles at the end for those who want them). Duties will include; Review assigned cases as per established process, policies and standards Produce the appropriate decision for each case to the quality standards in place Complete accurate and timely file notes on any customer communication Update required system records in an accurate and timely manner Identify areas & opportunities where process can be improved QA files as required Deal with telephone queries on helpline from stakeholders Undertake ad hoc duties as assignedYou must be Diploma Level 4 qualified with experience in File Review for Investments and/or Pensions, whether gained in Compliance, Operations or as a Paraplanner - or else in a Complaints Handling role or from FOS (provided L4 qualified). The role is Hybrid i.e. 3d pw office based in Bradford (Yorkshire), although during initial training weeks, will be 5d pw and you should be available to start January and to commit for at least the initial 12 months.
