Summary: The Exchange Architect role focuses on leading the migration of Exchange from on-premise to Exchange Online within a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the migration of Exchange from on-premise to Exchange Online (O365).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both on-prem and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to plan and deliver migration with minimal disruption.
- Provide technical expertise on Wintel systems to support and stabilize the broader environment during the transition.
- Ensure documentation is created and updated to reflect new architecture and processes.
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience migrating Exchange on-prem to Exchange Online.
- Strong Wintel background - Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- PowerShell scripting know-how to automate tasks and streamline deployment.

This role is laser-focused on the migration from Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online, so we need someone who's been there, done that, and preferably written the migration playbook along the way. You'll also need to be rock-solid across the Wintel stack-we're talking Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy-the full Windows infrastructure backbone.
