Summary: The Client Reporting Analyst role is a 6-month fixed-term contract within a leading investment management firm, focusing on the production of high-quality client reports across various cycles. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and deliver accurate, complete, and timely client reports across monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and ad-hoc reporting cycles.
- Maintain, update, and perform quality assurance (QA) checks on reporting materials including factsheets, commentary, and scheduled client data requests.
- Analyse reporting data to ensure inputs are complete, accurate, and aligned with reporting requirements.
- Validate information and apply analytical techniques to prepare reporting outputs for clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
- Ensure reporting processes follow strong governance, controls, and documentation standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and automate processes, leveraging Excel and tools such as PowerQuery or PowerBI.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to manage complex queries, data requests, and reporting changes.
Key Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in Client Reporting or a similar analytical/reporting role within Investment Management.
- Good understanding of investment data, reporting processes, and related systems.
- Knowledge of investment products, particularly pooled fund structures (UCITS and non-UCITS).
- Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills, with experience working with portfolio and fund-level datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with PowerQuery and PowerBI would be advantageous.
