Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the full examination lifecycle
- Act as a key point of contact for candidate queries via email, phone, and other channels
- Support the delivery of live examinations, ensuring processes run smoothly and in line with regulations
- Process applications, bookings, and candidate data accurately within internal systems
- Maintain and update records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Support reasonable adjustment requests and candidate requirements where applicable
- Assist with preparation, storage, and management of examination materials
- Liaise with internal departments including Finance, IT, and Membership teams
- Generate reports and assist with results processing and data validation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of examination processes
Key Skills:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within examinations, education, events, or a regulated environment
- Strong customer service experience, managing queries professionally and sensitively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection (GDPR)
