Sales & Events Executive – 3-Month Contract (Immediate Start) £40,000 pro rata Split-site: The Lighterman & The Broadcaster Start: ASAP | Contract: 3 months (full-time) Salary: £40,000 per annum, pro rata Must be confident using TripleSeat and SevenRooms Join our events team at the busiest (and most exciting) time of the year. We’re looking for a sharp, confident and highly organised Sales & Events Executive to jump in and support our busy events teams across two iconic venues – The Lighterman and The Broadcaster. This is a fixed-term contract for three months, starting immediately, to help manage a high volume of private and corporate events. What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Sales Cycle: Assist our Sales & Events Managers in coordinating enquiries, preparing proposals, and managing bookings across both venues.
  • Client Liaison: Be a key point of contact for clients – answering queries, providing recommendations, and ensuring every detail is covered.
  • System Management: Confidently navigate TripleSeat and SevenRooms to maintain accurate booking information, track leads, and process confirmations.
  • Event Coordination: Prepare function sheets, chase deposits and final numbers, and relay key event details to our operations teams.
  • Keep Things Moving: Help manage calendar updates, email responses, and last-minute changes with clarity and speed.
