Summary: The Event Manager role involves executing and planning a variety of customer events for a leading global tech company, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and driving revenue growth. This position is part of an international Marketing Team and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery. The role emphasizes a demand generation approach and effective project management throughout the event lifecycle. The contract is for 12 months under a PAYE arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and plan multiple small to mid-size (30 -100 people) events and several large-size (100+ people) in-person and virtual events annually.
- Support all customer events within pre-defined territories by crafting engaging virtual & in-person event experiences.
- Activate Event Requests and input needs and drive effective engagements that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead and run the Go-To-Marketing (GTM) Event Calendar.
- Work closely with the Local Marketing Team to plan, consolidate and communicate on live, virtual and on-demand events.
- Program and project management for defined events from cradle to grave.
- Manage success matrix reporting for all events to measure the impact.
- A demand generation approach and lead management knowledge is a must.
- Data and lead management.
