Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a major staff conference comprising three in-person events across three locations.

Each event will host approximately 170–280 attendees.

You will coordinate multiple events simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, audiovisual requirements and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery from planning through to the live events.

Responsibilities

  • Work across teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee delivery on event days and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure events run smoothly while responding calmly to operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing in-person events, including audiovisual requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering events to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues during live events and remain calm under pressure.
