A global membership organisation is looking for a professional Event Manager, to successfully deliver their annual flagship event. The project is well underway but needs steering to completion! The role is hybrid and will be supported by an Events Officer and Communications Team.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Delivering the project plan for up to 450 attendees, including:
- Oversight and coordination
- Third party supplier management
- Hands on delivery
- Marketing communications
- Eventbrite and website
- AV and logistics
- Venue and catering
- Sponsorship coordination
- Content planning
- Speaker liaison and briefings
- Branding, design and asset creation
- Suppliers (photographer, videographer, etc.)
- On the day delivery and staff management
