Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of multiple events across European cities, managing logistics, approvals, and vendor arrangements
  • Supporting content logistics, including materials, rehearsals, and attendee registration, ensuring everything is prepared ahead of each event
  • Coordinating event promotion and internal assets, liaising with marketing teams and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders
  • Providing on-site support during events, helping with setup, attendee check-in, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience
  • Contributing to post-event reporting, tracking attendance, engagement data, and capturing insights for future improvements

Handle Recruitment is seeking an experienced events specialist to step into a fast-moving contract position with a global and prestigious tech brand! *This is a contract to begin ASAP until end of September initially. Hybrid working in Central London and international travel across Europe, day rate equivalent up to £55k-£60k annual salary.* This role offers the chance to be at the heart of delivering engaging developer experiences across Europe, supporting innovative events. You'll be organising a diverse programme of workshops, presentations, and community gatherings, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from planning through to post-event follow-up.

In this role you will:
