Summary: We’re seeking an enthusiastic events coordinator and administrator to manage a diverse year-round program of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring successful event execution while fostering relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with both internal teams and external guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external teams to manage all event preparations and operations.
  • Communicate with external guests regarding event details, travel, and reimbursement.
  • Organize office events such as coffee breaks, summer parties, and Christmas parties.
  • Manage site operations and day-to-day functions to ensure smooth office operations.
