European Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various European project workstreams, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and team members, fostering collaboration and clarity.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports, to keep the project on track.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management, highlighting any potential issues or delays.
  • Support the procurement of resources and manage project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes, promoting effective communication within the project team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A background in project administration, ideally within the IT or telecommunications sectors.
  • Experience to using ACC, including creating and configuring projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for facilitating discussions and conveying information clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a team-oriented environment.
