Summary: The Estates Systems and Compliance Manager role involves overseeing statutory compliance and systems management for healthcare estates across multiple sites in West London. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of estates compliance reporting in line with statutory regulations and Department of Health guidance.
- Manage computerised maintenance systems, CAD drawings, and document control processes.
- Develop and maintain asset registers, compliance action plans, and performance reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure robust compliance and service delivery.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and efficiency across estates services.
Key Skills:
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant building engineering or estates discipline.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance standards (HTMs, HBNs, BS).
- Extensive experience in estates services, including financial and resource management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and computerised maintenance systems.
