Summary: The ESG Reporting Programme Manager at Reckitt will lead project management activities for sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with current and future disclosure requirements. This role involves collaboration across cross-functional teams, managing project plans, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. The position is integral to maintaining high standards in ESG reporting and communication within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to Reckitt's mission of promoting hygiene, health, and nutrition globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead all project management activities for CRSD reporting preparations ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with programme workstreams and cross-functional teams to create and drive project plan delivery.
  • Identify key dependencies and manage risks, changes, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Scope and lead workshops, provide updates, and prepare presentation materials for governance forums.
  • Establish communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on goals.
  • Conduct scenario planning and collaborate with finance on project cost updates.
  • Manage proactive risk and issue tracking, ensuring key actions are driven to closure.
  • Coordinate Steercos and programme leadership meetings at key decision points.
  • Act as a connector between the reporting team and IT&D workstream for ESG reporting tool development.
  • Support the reporting team with ESG assurance programme organization.

Key Skills:

  • Project management experience, ideally in large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Understanding of data, technical terminology, and planning tools related to ESG.
  • Proven analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in project delivery using hybrid agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project; PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities across all business levels.
