A UK-leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced ESG Project Manager to drive strategic sustainability and governance initiatives across a global enterprise. This is a high-impact, visible role focused on delivering ESG-related projects that enhance the company’s environmental performance, social responsibility, and governance standards.

Your Mission:

Lead transformational ESG programmes—ranging from smart metering and resource optimisation to governance process enhancement—ensuring measurable impact across internal operations and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver enterprise-level ESG projects aligned with sustainability goals
  • Own and optimise core ESG processes using a Business Process Management (BPM) framework
  • Collaborate across business functions and influence senior stakeholders
