What will you be doing?
Leading the transformation programme to replace the business's core management systems, from current-state assessment and requirements definition through to ERP selection, implementation and adoption
Acting as client-side lead, managing consultants and vendors throughout
Overseeing integration of finance, procurement, project controls, timesheets/resource management and reporting into the new system
Running requirements gathering and vendor selection
Managing senior stakeholders and leading change across the business as it adopts new ways of working
Where you'll be doing it:
This is a well-established engineering organisation of around 600 people, based in Chorley, currently replacing its core business management systems as part of a wider transformation programme.
What you'll need:
Proven experience delivering an ERP or business management system transformation end-to-end
Experience integrating finance, procurement, project controls, timesheets/resource management and reporting
Strong requirements definition, vendor selection and implementation experience
Excellent senior stakeholder and change management skills
Background in engineering, professional services, nuclear or another regulated/project-based environment is strongly preferred
A genuine business transformation mindset - this is not simply an IT project management role
