Summary: The ERP Test Lead Workday & SAP role is focused on leading the testing efforts for a significant ERP transformation project from SAP to Workday, specifically in finance and HCM systems. This long-term contract position is based in Birmingham and requires strong expertise in Workday testing. The successful candidate will manage both onshore and offshore teams while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution
- Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Manage onshore/offshore teams and defect management (JIRA/ADO)
- Design and drive test automation and reporting
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and test assurance
Key Skills:
- Strong Workday testing experience (mandatory)
- ERP testing background (SAP desirable)
- Tools: JIRA, ADO/ALM
- Automation: Selenium, Tosca, Postman, BDD/Cucumber
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-vendor environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
