Summary: The ERP Solutions Architect role involves leading a major ERP implementation program for a prominent UK retailer. This position focuses on assessing current legacy systems, evaluating new ERP solutions, and managing the transition process. The architect will play a crucial role in defining strategies for ERP adoption and migration while ensuring operational continuity. The contract is for six months and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the full implications of transitioning to a new ERP system.
  • Thoroughly researching and assessing alternative ERP solutions.
  • Leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with potential suppliers.
  • Defining the optimal approach for future ERP adoption and migration.
  • Developing and guiding the migration strategy while ensuring the continued operation of current systems.

Key Skills:

  • Deep and practical understanding of core ERP processes.
  • Experience with modular ERP systems, such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills.
  • Experience in managing RFP processes.
  • Strategic planning and oversight capabilities.

Salary (Rate): £600.00 daily

ERP Solutions Architect/6 Month Contract/Outside IR35/Northwest/Hybrid - £600 Per Day

Do you want to be part of a major ERP implementation programme from the very beginning, working with one of the UK's leading retailers?

If so, we have a fantastic role to share with you - At Infinite Talent, we are looking for a Solution Architectto spearhead a critical programme focused on a UK leading retailers enterprise resource planning systems. This role is responsible for a comprehensive discovery process to fully unpick and understand the intricate functionalities of their current Legacy in-house ERP.

Key responsibilities include:

Impact Assessment: Evaluating the full implications of transitioning to a new ERP system.

System Assessment: Thoroughly researching and assessing alternative ERP solutions.

RFP Management: Leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with potential suppliers.

Strategic Recommendation: Defining the optimal approach for future ERP adoption and migration.

Migration Planning and Oversight: Developing and guiding the migration strategy while ensuring the continued operation of current systems.

While technical expertise in a specific platform isn't mandated, a deep and practical understanding of core ERP processes is paramount. Experience with modular ERP systems, such as Dynamics 365, SAP or NetSuite would be highly beneficial.
