Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan schedules, gather requirements, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and with quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Join system and user acceptance tests to make sure deliverables meet standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact between business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Facilitate clear communication, align expectations, and ensure smooth collaboration across functions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Improve processes: Spot inefficiencies and suggest automation or digital solutions in procurement, supply planning, and trading.
  • Support business growth: Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or digitisation in procurement, supply planning, and trading workflows through business data analysis.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP project implementation and roll out.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or finance systems such as Oracle EBS/Fusion.
  • Strong background in solution design and vendor management.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Able to solve problems creatively and handle complex challenges.
  • Good communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
