Summary: The role of ERP Project Manager involves leading a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a major organization in central Glasgow, as part of a broader business transformation initiative. The position requires significant experience in cloud ERP transformations and project management within complex environments. The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee governance and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of key workstreams within a multi-year Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple business areas.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SI partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee governance, RAID management, and reporting.
  • Support testing, cutover, and business readiness activities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion ERP (or similar cloud ERP - Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Unit4, or Dynamics 365).
  • Strong background in ERP transformation and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Broad understanding of core ERP processes (Finance, Procurement, Projects).
  • Ideally certified in PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP.

We're supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a major organisation based in central Glasgow. The programme is part of a wider business transformation initiative aimed at modernising Finance, Procurement, and Project processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ERP Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a significant cloud ERP transformation within a complex environment.

You will be involved in:-

  • Lead delivery of key workstreams within a multi-year Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple business areas.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SI partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Oversee governance, RAID management, and reporting.

  • Support testing, cutover, and business readiness activities
