Summary: The role of Oracle Fusion ERP Programme Manager involves overseeing the implementation of Oracle Fusion within a construction company, requiring strong communication skills to liaise across Finance, IT, and business units. This position is contract-based, outside IR35, and requires presence in Central London for part of the week. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising and supporting across Finance, IT, and the Business for Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Managing third-party system integrators to ensure effective service delivery.
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders to align project goals.
- Resolving complex issues that arise during the implementation process.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager.
- Strong background in ERP Implementations.
- Recent experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Ability to work alongside major Systems Integrators while maintaining independence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
