Summary: The ERP Procurement and Change Management Specialist will lead the configuration, implementation, and aftercare of Oracle ERP Procurement modules, ensuring that the solution aligns with business needs for efficient procurement processes. This role involves translating business requirements into system design, supporting change management, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring 40% office presence in London. The contract is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle ERP Procurement modules (Sourcing, Purchasing, Contracts, Supplier, catalogues, Reporting)
  • Translate procurement and finance business requirements into system design and configuration
  • Design and support procurement workflows, approvals, controls, and reporting
  • Lead and support system testing (SIT/UAT) and validate solution performance
  • Support change management through end-user training, documentation, and go-live support
  • Manage and resolve defects with the Oracle implementation partner
  • Coordinate with Finance, Technology, and other ERP workstreams to manage dependencies

Key Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle ERP Procurement (or equivalent ERP procurement systems)
  • Strong practical experience working within a procurement function (public and/or private sector)
  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes and procurement best practice
  • Experience in ERP testing, functional design and user training
  • Familiarity with change management in large ERP implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and delivery focus
  • Confident problem-solver, able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
