Summary: The ERP Migration Consultant/Solution Architect will lead the migration from NetSuite to Microsoft Dynamics 365, requiring extensive knowledge of both platforms. This role involves defining migration strategies, overseeing data mapping, and ensuring minimal disruption during the transition. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support throughout the process. The position is contract-based for 6 months with potential for extension and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end migration project from Oracle NetSuite to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, finance, operations, and IT to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Design the migration architecture - including data model mapping, integration points, and customisations.
  • Define the data migration plan: cleansing, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Be the go to expert for the full end to end Migration. Training and knowledge sharing for internal Employees.
  • Conduct gap analysis and advise on best-practice use of Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Develop and document the migration approach, configuration, and testing strategy.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training or post-go-live support.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and minimal downtime during transition.

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in ERP or CRM implementations, ideally at Architect or Senior Consultant level.
  • Proven experience migrating from NetSuite to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP/CRM platforms).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, or Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
  • Strong understanding of data migration tools, APIs, and ETL frameworks.
  • Solid grasp of data governance, reporting structures, and financial workflows.
  • Experience designing integration solutions (eg, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or third-party connectors).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Consultant/Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration from NetSuite to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central/CE CRM).

This role requires deep functional and technical understanding of both platforms, with proven experience designing, planning, and delivering complex ERP or CRM data migrations.

You will be responsible for defining the migration strategy, overseeing data mapping and integration, and ensuring a smooth cutover to Dynamics 365 with minimal business disruption.
