ERP Implementation Specialist

Summary: The ERP Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing ERP systems for a growing manufacturing business in Leeds. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to enhance business processes and ensure system compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams and design training programs for end-users. The role is outside IR35 and offers an immediate start for a duration of approximately six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimise ERP systems across all business processes
• Identify and rectify system issues and inefficiencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Design and implement training programmes for end-users
• Monitor system performance and generate regular reports for the Board
• Ensure system compliance with company and industry standards

Key Skills:

• Completed a similar project within an SME manufacturing environment
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills to explain complex systems in simple terms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of EFACS or Epicor systems (Ideally)
