Summary: The ERP HR Delivery Manager (SAP) will lead the transformation programme for a central London local authority, focusing on the ERP People and Transformation project that includes HR, Payroll, Health & Safety, and Expenses. This role involves managing the project life cycle, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of an ERP solution that meets strategic objectives. The successful candidate will oversee project governance and drive improvements in HR service delivery. This position is a 6-month contract requiring a skilled professional with extensive SAP experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering project management for the ERP People and Transformation plan, using appropriate tools and documentation
- Collaborating with the ERP Programme Management Office, HR colleagues, SAP ERP teams and service partners
- Overseeing project governance, reporting and risk management
- Developing project information management systems to maintain data accuracy and accessibility
- Championing cultural and operational change, driving improvements in HR service delivery
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in delivering SAP SuccessFactors ERP projects within complex organisations
- Proven ability to manage project governance, interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills to present complex data clearly for decision-making
- Relevant project management qualifications (eg, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate Certification)
