Summary: The role of ERP Data Migration Lead involves providing strategic leadership for data activities during a global ERP transformation project. The position requires accountability for data quality, governance, and migration readiness across various workstreams. The successful candidate will oversee the transition of data from legacy IT systems to a new IFS solution. This is a hybrid position based in the UK, with a contract duration of 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic, end-to-end leadership across all data activities within the ERP transformation programme.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and migration readiness across all domains, delivery phases, and regions.
- Oversee the delivery of data from legacy IT systems to the new IFS solution.
- Collaborate with dedicated workstream leads for both business data and technical data migration.
Key Skills:
- Experience leading data workstreams on large-scale ERP implementations.
- Demonstrable experience in data governance, quality, and technical data migration activities.
- Familiarity with ETL principles and the data migration lifecycle.
- Experience with IFS Cloud or comparable ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, D365).
- Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management.

6-12 month contract Hybrid UK £600-650 per day Outside IR35 We have a brand new requirement working with an established organisation that are currently going through a global ERP transformation (IFS).As the Data Lead you will provide strategic, end-to-end leadership across all data activities within the programme, sitting above and across both workstreams. You will be the single point of accountability for data quality, governance, and migration readiness across all domains, delivery phases, and regions.This will include the delivery of data from the various, internationally disparate legacy IT systems (including SAP R3/BO) to the new IFS solution.
