Summary: The ERP & CRM Project Manager at the Scottish Event Campus will oversee the upgrade of the ERP system and the implementation of a new CRM system. This role involves managing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting user adoption through training and communication plans. The position is a fixed-term contract for 10 months, requiring a proactive and delivery-focused individual with a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the successful upgrade of the current ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) to Business Central.
  • Support the scoping and implementation of a new CRM system.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Facilitate workshops with business users to gather and document current business processes and define target processes.
  • Support change and communication plans to drive user adoption.
  • Assist with developing training materials and facilitating end-user training.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 10 months

The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) - comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and The OVO Hydro - is Scotland's premier venue for events, concerts, conferences and exhibitions. With over 2 million visitors annually and a reputation for world-class events, the SEC is home to some of the biggest and most memorable live entertainment experiences in the UK.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused ERP & CRM Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for working as part of the Projects Team to:

  • Deliver the successful upgrade of our current ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) to Business Central
  • Support the scoping and implementation of a new CRM system.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Facilitate workshops with business users to gather and document current business processes and define target processes.
