Summary: The ERP/CAFM Project Manager will oversee a large-scale ERP/CAFM migration program, managing the end-to-end workstream from detailed design to hyper-care. This role requires extensive experience across multiple ERP and CAFM platforms, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders. The position is hybrid, based in London, and offers a competitive day rate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in managing significant implementations or migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a workstream end-to-end, from detailed design through to hyper-care.
- Manage the internal team and implementation partner.

Key Skills:
- Proven experience in full ERP or CAFM implementation or migration at a multi-million-pound scale.
- Experience with platforms such as D365, SAP, IFS, Agility, Concept Evolution, Maximo, or equivalent.
- Visible career progression and a clean contracting pattern.

The Role (Contract)
Our client is running a large ERP/CAFM migrations programme covering major ERP platforms (eg D365, IFS, SAGE) and CAFM platforms (eg Concept Evolution, Maximo, Agility).
They require an ERP/CAFM Project Manager who could own a workstream end-to-end, detailed design through to hyper-care, managing the internal team, the implementation partner and a wide senior stakeholder group.
Requirements - ESSENTIAL
*Please note: this is not a D365 or SAP specific role. The programme spans multiple ERP and CAFM systems, and requires broad, cross-platform implementation experience.
- Proven full ERP or CAFM implementation or migration owned end-to-end at multi-million-pound scale - D365, SAP, IFS, Agility, Concept Evolution, Maximo or equivalent.
- Visible career progression, long engagements or a clean contracting pattern, not job-hopping.
