Summary: MCS Group is seeking a Technical Architect with a Microsoft Dynamics background for a day rate contract role focused on ERP implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the deployment of ERP systems, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards. This position offers flexible working arrangements and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and structure ERP systems to align with business needs, ensuring scalability, robustness, and security.
- Oversee the technical deployment of ERP platforms, including system setup, custom development, and integration with other business applications.
- Analyse and address system performance issues, improving efficiency through optimised database queries and processes.
- Offer expert guidance and support to development teams, promoting adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Partner with business analysts, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Develop and update detailed documentation, including high- and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, configuration matrices, and operational runbooks.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in ERP Technical Architecture with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with other systems such as SAP and Oracle is advantageous.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP design and ongoing development.

The successful candidate will come from a Microsoft Dynamics background and will architect and contribute to the success of an ERP implementation project. (Hybrid - Ireland)
The Role:
- Solution Architecture: Design and structure ERP systems to align with business needs, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secure.
