The role will partner closely with senior leaders across front, middle, and back office functions, supporting organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and change initiatives.
Alongside this, the successful candidate will manage a wide range of complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases, restructures, and consultations.
