Summary: The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisor role in Leeds involves leading and supporting global initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging within a fast-growing organization. This position is a 15-month fixed-term contract that emphasizes cultural transformation and effective communication strategies. The advisor will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement DEIB initiatives and evaluate their success. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting global initiatives for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
- Driving cultural transformation efforts to evolve the organization's culture.
- Supporting clear and strategic communication on cultural change and DEIB initiatives.
- Partnering with internal and external communications teams for effective message delivery.
- Working closely with stakeholders, including Network Groups and People Managers.
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating DEIB and cultural change initiatives.
- Creating, managing, executing, and evaluating global initiatives within the DEIB strategy.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in planning and executing DEI initiatives.
- Skilled in designing and assessing employee and cultural surveys.
- Excellent communication skills.
