This is an immediate requirement, and candidates must have extensive experience delivering EPR training in an Acute Trust environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver EPR training to staff across various departments of the Acute TrustDevelop and adapt training materials as requiredProvide both group and one-on-one training sessionsSupport the go-live process and post-live training needsCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure training aligns with project goalsTroubleshoot any EPR-related training issues and provide practical solutionsKey Requirements:Proven experience delivering EPR training in an Acute Trust environmentFamiliarity with clinical workflows and processesAbility to develop and adapt training materials to meet different learning needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsImmediate availabilityWorking Conditions:Hybrid role: Onsite presence required, with some remote work possible
