Summary: The EPR Programme Manager role at CereCore International involves leading the implementation of a Trust-wide Electronic Patient Record transformation programme for a major NHS client. The position requires managing various workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and collaborating with stakeholders across clinical and technical domains. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of programme governance, delivery plans, and risk/issue management
  • Manage interdependencies across EPR workstreams including Change, Training, Testing, Build, Cutover, and Clinical Engagement
  • Own reporting to Trust Boards, Digital Committees, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain alignment with the Trust’s strategic objectives and wider ICB initiatives
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure contract milestones are achieved
  • Provide leadership and support to a team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale NHS digital programmes (ideally EPR, PAS, or clinical system rollouts)
  • Strong understanding of PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across clinical and technical audiences
  • Familiarity with NHS governance frameworks and assurance processes
  • Previous experience working with EPR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or Nervecentre is desirable
