Summary: The role of EPM Support Analyst involves providing support for the Oracle PBCS platform within a finance team focused on modernizing core systems. The analyst will be responsible for system administration, monitoring integrations, and troubleshooting issues while contributing to training content development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Oracle PBCS Platform, performing all BAU and administering any system upgrades required.
  • Monitor integrations, update data, troubleshoot system issues and process all service requests.
  • Assist in creating Oracle Guided Learning content (training provided).

  • Proven PBCS system administration experience (2+ years).
  • Keen eye for detail and real motivation to upskill in technical areas.
  • Strong communication with confidence in liaising between internal finance teams and wider business stakeholders.
  • Experience in Oracle OCI is a bonus.

IMMEDIATE START PBCS SUPPORT ANALYST - 3/6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Our current client are on the lookout for a PBCS experienced support analyst to join their growing team as they expand their use of Oracle EPM. You'll join a forward thinking finance team, motivated by modernising their core systems with a real contribution to driving company innovation and system improvement!

Requirements:

  • Proven PBCS system administration experience (2+ years)
  • Keen eye for detail and real motivation to upskill in technical areas!
  • Strong communication with confidence in liaising between internal finance teams and wider business stakeholders.
  • Experience in Oracle OCI is a bonus!
