I am looking for Trading Standards Officer or and EHO with experience doing Food Standards. My local authority client based in Wales are looking for a few candidates who has background in Food Standards. Role – Environmental Health Officer (Food Standards) OR Trading Standards Officer. Duration – Initial 3-6 month contract (3 Year Project) Start Date – ASAP - may be negotiated for the right person Rate – ££££ Negotiable Per/Hour- depending on CPD's Hours – 37 hours per/week ideally but open to part time as well Hybrid Working - 4 days onsite and 1 from home (can be flexible) If you have do this work now or have done it at any point in the past, please do reach out! Experience required: You will be looking at labelling, use by's, best before's, additives, preservatives. There is no admin work, you will just be filling in the Performer sheet and visit sheet and sending it to the admin team.
