Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an Entry Level Administrator on behalf of our client who are based in the South Leeds area. You will be working for a great, well-established company that offers excellent training and support as well as long-term progression.The successful person will be switched on, eager to learn and interested in a career in administration and retail. The client is open to looking at graduates or candidates with no previous experience who want to kick-start a career in this area.What will you be doing?Scheduling and running replenishment for all stores daily as well as printing barcodes for the warehouse to label stock appropriately and make amendments when necessary.Managing and documenting paperwork for store transfers.Ensuring special orders are recorded accurately and sent out to stores in a timely manner, managing the inbox and communicating issues to the relevant stores.Assisting with the mail order process, product manifests and providing tickets for the warehouse.What skills are we looking for?Brilliant communication skills.An eagerness to learn.Basic understanding of Excel.A love of retail.What's on offer?Free parking.Excellent progression.Send us your CV below or contact Becky Gibson for more information.To apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
