Summary: This role is for an Enterprise Solutions Architect specializing in Cloud, Domain Driven Design (DDD), Microservices, and Data Architecture, with a focus on the financial services sector. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in London, and is classified as outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solutions architecture and a strong technical background in relevant technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the design SME working with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to create and implement solutions.
- Review RFI and RFPs from third parties and design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and select tools/technologies that best fit the solution requirements.
- Collaborate with financial services clients, particularly in Trading, Clearing, OTC, and ETD Futures.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Solutions/Enterprise Architect in financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge in Cloud, Development, Data, Databases, APIs, Microservices, and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with Kafka and Red Hat OpenShift is highly desirable.
- Architect and technical certifications are a plus.

This is an exceptional Enterprise Solutions Architect contract opportunity with an established London based tech organisation.
The Enterprise Solutions Architect contract is Hybrid with 2 days a week in London, remote the rest.
The Enterprise Solutions Architect contract is Outside IR35.
As Enterprise Solutions Architect you must have a proven track record as a Solutions/Enterprise Architect working on Financial Services related clients (with any Trading, Clearing, OTC, ETD Futures etc being high desirable) The Enterprise Solutions Architect must have solid in depth knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Cloud (both public & private) Development (Software & Databases) Microservices and APIs (including Rest API) with any experience of RedHat OpenShift & Kafka being highly desirable. You will as at the design SME working with existing internal teams, stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to create and implement solutions in relation to the development lifecycle and overall roadmap. The Solutions Enterprise Architect will also review RFI, RFPs etc provided by 3rd parties and design solutions in line with the business objectives. As Enterprise Solution Architect also be involved in tool/technology identification and selection in line with which is best for the solution.
