Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading business process workshops to perform FIT/GAP analyses, identifying where local processes align—or deviate—from the CORE solution.
  • Analysing, modelling, and documenting current financial workflows across business units.
  • Driving the design and improvement of finance-related processes to increase efficiency and standardisation.
  • Overseeing the delivery of project milestones, ensuring outcomes align with business needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring all financial processes comply with both local accounting regulations and group-wide internal controls and standards.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years as an ERP Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willing to be onsite in Manchester 2–3 days per week.
  • Willing to travel to Ireland a few times per month.

I'm currently hiring for a freelance ERP Business Analyst to join a growing international group undergoing a major Dynamics 365 F&O rollout across Europe. This role is based out of Manchester (UK) and plays a key part in guiding local teams through digital transformation. The company are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, influence change, and support both business and IT. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners on various ERP projects. Initially, your role will involve supporting the external partner; over time, you will take full ownership of the finance module rollout across multiple branches.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the CORE finance solution built in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
