Summary: The Enterprise Process Lead (EPL) for Asset Management will spearhead the transformation of the Asset Management capability within a global pharmaceutical company, utilizing SAP S/4HANA across various manufacturing sites. This role involves defining, standardizing, and enhancing Asset Lifecycle Management processes while ensuring compliance with SHE and regulatory standards. The EPL will be responsible for the global Asset Management process and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of Asset Management capability across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Define, standardize, and improve end-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
  • Ensure effective and compliant use of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Own the global Asset Management process and roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment with SHE and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in Asset Lifecycle Management within regulated manufacturing.
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) (S/4HANA or ECC).
  • Proven experience delivering multi-site engineering or IT change.
  • Expertise in master data definition and governance.
  • Working knowledge of SHE and product safety requirements.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into business outcomes.
  • Engineering or science degree (or equivalent experience).

Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Process Lead (EPL) to lead the transformation of its Asset Management capability, supported by SAP S/4HANA, across multiple internal manufacturing sites.

You will be accountable for defining, standardising and improving end-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management processes, ensuring effective and compliant use of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Key responsibilities include owning the global Asset Management process and roadmap and ensuring alignment with SHE and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in Asset Lifecycle Management within regulated manufacturing
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) (S/4HANA or ECC)
  • Proven experience delivering multi-site engineering or IT change
