Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional and international business messaging marketing programs.
- Plan and execute events ranging from 50-person roundtables to 300-person gatherings, both virtually and in-person.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and sales enablement channels.
- Develop and coordinate marketing assets including case studies, one-pagers, email campaigns, social content, and digital materials.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, partnerships, communications, and creative teams.
- Manage speaker programs, event logistics, invitation strategies, and post-event engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, trackers, and operational workflows across multiple markets.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, event opportunities, and emerging technologies.
- Support budget tracking, vendor management, and invoice processing.
Key Skills:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional and international business messaging marketing programs.
- Event Marketing Expertise: This is a significant portion of the role (approx. 60%), requiring proficiency in planning and executing events ranging from 50-person roundtables to 300-person gatherings, both virtually and in-person.
- Enterprise/Field Marketing Experience: Specifically, candidates should have a background in enterprise software or SaaS companies, with a focus on "field marketing" to manage events and campaigns.
- Organize and deliver events ranging from executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and virtual experiences.
