Summary: The Enterprise Cybersecurity Analytics Engineer role is a senior, hands-on technical position within the Cybersecurity Sciences & Analytics (CSA) Advanced Projects team. The engineer will focus on delivering advanced analytics and data-driven solutions to enhance enterprise cybersecurity capabilities. This role requires collaboration across cybersecurity, data engineering, and advanced analytics to address complex security challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy advanced analytics, data products, and AI-driven solutions to improve cybersecurity monitoring, detection, and response.
- Support cybersecurity teams in using data and analytics more effectively to inform decisions and enhance operational outcomes.
- Develop custom security applications, APIs, and data-driven services aligned to cybersecurity objectives.
- Engineer scalable, cloud-based data platforms and pipelines, from prototype through to production.
- Enable automated detection and triage of malicious activity, optimise manual security processes, and strengthen control monitoring.
- Act as a cybersecurity data domain expert, advising stakeholders on how analytics can drive measurable business and risk reduction outcomes.
