Summary: The Enterprise Cloud Architect/Microsoft Azure will join an architecture leadership team to spearhead a large-scale technology transformation program, focusing on the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. The role involves designing Azure cloud services, developing strategies, and communicating architectural decisions to senior stakeholders. The architect will also lead discovery and analysis to create Azure-based solutions aligned with the technology landscape. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and building Azure cloud services aligned with transformation objectives.
• Developing enterprise-level strategies and frameworks covering a wide range of domains, e.g., patching, APIs/integration, monitoring, IdAM.
• Leading discovery and analysis and developing Azure-based solutions in response to the current and target state of the technology landscape.
• Communicating architectural decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Representing architecture in working groups, gaining buy-ins and approvals from senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Azure architecture including tenants, management groups, subscriptions, hub-spoke connectivity, monitoring, etc.
• Ability to work on both Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture levels.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and facilitating strategic architectural discussions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to various aspects of cloud architecture including cloud resilience, security, cost/FinOps, performance, etc.

Enterprise Cloud Architect/Microsoft Azure - is required to join an architecture leadership team driving a large-scale technology transformation programme and to lead architecture and implementation of enterprise scale Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
