Summary: The Enterprise Process Lead will be responsible for transforming the Asset Management approach within a pharmaceutical company during a global S/4 implementation. This role involves leading a team of subject matter experts to define, design, and improve processes and tools for efficient Asset Management across Internal Sites. The position requires collaboration with existing Process Areas and External Providers to ensure effective deployment of the SAP solution. The role is hybrid, based in Macclesfield or Luton, and is expected to start in February 2026 for a duration of 12 months with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for transforming the Asset Management approach for effective SAP deployment.
  • Lead a team of SMEs in defining, designing, and improving processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with existing Process Areas and partner with External Providers.
  • Ensure efficient, effective, and transparent ways of working within the Global Operations Network.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience of Asset Lifecycle Management processes and specifically SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
  • Detailed understanding of Asset Management Master Data requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key Partner Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External Parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Engineering and/or IT Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into Business language.
  • Leadership capability to provide leadership to the Product Compliance Team ensuring SHE requirements are met.
  • Bachelor of Engineering/Science in an appropriate field.
  • Knowledge of SHE requirements for compliance with Dangerous goods shipping and creation/maintenance of Product safety data sheets.
  • Experience of SHE Management processes including chemical regulatory controls/product safety processes; ideally experienced in SAP-EHS/Product Safety and Stewardship module or equivalent.
  • Understanding of SHE Management Master Data requirements.

We're currently looking for an Enterprise Process Lead within Asset Management for a pharmaceutical customer running a global S/4 implementation.

Overview:

As EPL, you will be accountable for transforming the Asset Management approach to ensure effective deployment of our SAP (S4/HANA) solution across our Internal Sites. You will lead a team of SMEs in the definition, design and ongoing improvement of the processes and tools to ensure efficient, effective, and transparent ways of working. This will include all forms of Asset Management within the Global Operations Network, collaborating with existing Process Areas (such as Total Productive Maintenance) and partnering with External Providers where appropriate.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience of Asset Lifecycle Management processes and specifically SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
  • Detailed understanding of Asset Management Master Data requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key Partner Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External Parties
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Engineering and/or IT Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into Business language
