Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture:

• Develop and implement value stream mapping, business capability modelling, and application cataloging processes.
• Establish guidelines and architectural principles to direct technology strategy and project alignment.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to select and assess products for the organisation's enterprise application portfolio.

Project Delivery:

• Shape and initiate key projects by defining scope, setting roadmaps.
• Oversee portfolio management and development of effective project delivery processes.

Team Development & Process Improvement:

• Mentor and coach team members to develop architectural expertise and drive best practices.
• Propose and implement new operational structures to achieve desired business and technology outcomes effectively.

Supply Chain Expertise:

• Apply foundational knowledge of TMS, ERP, planning, and forecasting systems.
• Ensure understanding and application of core supply chain business processes within the architecture framework.

Industry Awareness:

• Leverage practical experience to introduce innovative solutions that improve enterprise architecture, project delivery, and supply chain management.
• Bring insights on best practices to strengthen project execution and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture with a strong foundation in supply chain management.
• Knowledgeable in value stream mapping, business capability modelling, and application dependency management.
• Experience with technology portfolio management, project delivery, and process improvement.
• Strong mentoring skills with the ability to foster team development and support evolving structures.
• Excellent business and technical communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
