You will be focusing on leading organisational change through strategic architecture. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining architecture strategies and roadmaps, promoting collaboration, assessing industry trends, and guiding decision-making across business, technology, and data domains. The role involves communicating complex ideas, managing risks, leading architecture teams, and influencing organisational structure and processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Architectural Communication: Effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate difficult discussions, gain support for high-impact initiatives, and coach others in architecture communication.
- Commercial Acumen: Select appropriate contractual frameworks and approaches. Evaluate and choose suitable suppliers.
- Community Collaboration: Resolve issues between teams or departments at high levels. Coach the organisation on team dynamics and conflict resolution, while fostering a strong architecture community.
