Our client within the Public Sector requires a proven SC Cleared Enterprise Architect for this long-term contract. You will be focusing on leading organisational change through strategic architecture. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining architecture strategies and roadmaps, promoting collaboration, assessing industry trends, and guiding decision-making across business, technology, and data domains. The role involves communicating complex ideas, managing risks, leading architecture teams, and influencing organisational structure and processes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Architectural Communication: Effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate difficult discussions, gain support for high-impact initiatives, and coach others in architecture communication.
  • Commercial Acumen: Select appropriate contractual frameworks and approaches. Evaluate and choose suitable suppliers.
  • Community Collaboration: Resolve issues between teams or departments at high levels. Coach the organisation on team dynamics and conflict resolution, while fostering a strong architecture community.
  • Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Lead teams designing architectures encompassing technology, people, processes, and other elements to achieve organisational goals. Influence organisational structures, technology adoption, and process improvements to align with architectural strategy.
